We offer surf lessons for individuals or your own group. All of our lessons are private which means you will not be placed with others outside of your party. If there are more than 4 in your group, please select back-to-back timeframes and we'll work to get additional instructors or provide a 2-hr lesson for everyone together.

Our lessons take place at our store location, perfectly situated away from the crowds. We go over basic paddling, pop-ups, proper technique and safety. Our instructors are all locals who are experienced surfers.

For beginners we use lesson boards which are wider and easier to stand up on. If you're experienced and want to improve we're happy to use your own board or any range board you're comfortable with in our board shed to advance your skills.
 

We provide a wetsuit (off-season) and the board—just bring a towel and sunscreen. Afterward each participate gets a refreshing FREE Italian ice from The Last Mango ice shack on site!
